शुरुआत How it began
The name began as a beautiful accident. A television judge rolled Dalchini into Dol-she-ne.
Raahuul was watching a cooking show when a judge mispronounced Dalchini (Cinnamon). Since cinnamon was already part of his morning chai ritual — the name stuck. From that quirky moment, a whole brand was born around the idea that your daily cup deserves more intention.

We travel to estate gardens and small farms. Assam CTC and whole leaf. Certified-organic first flush from Poobong, Darjeeling. Specialty coffees from Single Origin estates of Coorg and Chikmagalur.
