How do I place my order?
Step 1: Click on the product of your choice.

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?
Yes. Just add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping cart and then complete your order. This way you can save on any additional shipping charges.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
For all orders, you will receive an e-mail/SMS notification.
Why was my order payment rejected?
There are various reasons why this may have happened but we suggest the following step.
Firstly, check with your bank to ensure there are funds available to pay for your order. Secondly, check if your debit, credit or net banking system information is valid and up to date. If you were recently issued a new card some of the information may have changed. Please confirm your credit card details and try again in that case.
Thirdly, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.
How do I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to the content of your order at any point before placing your order. Once you have confirmed your order and made the payment, we regret to advise that no changes can be made to those content.
Do I have to have an account to place my order?
No, but we recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience simple, quick, and to earn rewards.

Do I receive an invoice with my order?
You will receive an Order Summary along with payment details after placing your Order. A copy of Invoice will be delivered along with the product.
How can I use a gift voucher or promotional code for my order?
When you have clicked on the ‘Checkout’ button, you will be directed to a section where you can enter you Gift Voucher/Promotional code. On entering the code, the valid amount/offer will be automatically applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the balance amount using your preferred mode of payment. Two or more offers/promotions/coupons cannot be clubbed together.
What are the payment types you offer?
You can pay for purchases using Debit, Credit card, Net-banking, Wallets and UPI.
Is GST included in the product price?
Yes, all prices shown are GST inclusive.
How safe is it to use my debit/credit card?
We use the Razor Pay payment gateway for all card payments and also for Net-banking. These are standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions with us are processed in an extremely safe manner. The 3D Secure password is an additional password that you’ll be asked to enter after in your card details on the payment page. You’ll be redirected to your individual bank’s page where you’ll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or Secure Code password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on our site.
Where are the teas from?
We source the finest teas from India, and craft them into unique blends.
Are your Teas made from Natural ingredients?
Yes, our tea are 100% Natural. Dolshyne’s products are made with 100% natural ingredients. We do not use any artificial flavours or preservatives.
Where do you source your ingredients from?
Majority of our ingredients are sourced within India, except for Rooibos and Ethiopian Coffee which is sourced from South Africa and Ethiopia.
What is the allergy advisory for your products?
Allergies are specific to each individual. We do pack our products in a place that also handles nuts, therefore we advice you to consult your physician before purchasing any product that you may have reservations about.
Can children use your products?
Yes, however we recommend that parents are the best judge as many of our products do have caffeine.
Where do you source your Instant Coffee and Filter Coffee?
We source our coffees from small but specialised coffee producers within India based out of Chikmagalur and Coorg. Only our Ethiopian coffee is sourced from Ethiopia.
Does your coffee contain chicory?
All our coffee is chicory free.
Does your Rum & Raisin ground coffee have alcohol?
No, there is no alcohol in our Rum & Raisin ground coffee. The rum flavour is derived from the fermentation process within the oak casks which were used for rum.
Can we use your product during pregnancy?
Although our products are safe and natural, but we recommend considering your physician to use them during pregnancy as different people have different medical issues during pregnancy.
What is the cost of shipping?
Free Shipping for all orders above Rs. 599/-, and for order value below Rs 599/- a flat fee of Rs. 80/- will be charged.
Which all locations do you deliver?
Currently, we are delivering within India only.
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
It takes about 5-7 business days for all orders to be delivered. For remote areas expect the products to reach within 10-12 days of shipping.
What can I do if my order is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91 9289273758 or write to us at support@dolshyne.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues. Delays can happen in any Force Majeure event.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an E-mail/SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled.
